AOK Hessen reimburses osteopathic services on a pro rata basis since August 2013

REIMBURSEMENT OF OSTEOPATHIC BENEFITS by AOK

After other health insurance companies have been reimbursing osteopathic services on a pro rata basis for some time, the AOK Hessen is now following suit and assuming the costs for 6 osteopathic sessions per calendar year.

100% of the invoice amount is reimbursed, but not more than 60 euros per session. The prerequisite for reimbursement is a doctor's recommendation.
